The data controller is the operator of calcy.eu. For privacy questions, contact info@calcy.eu.
What information is processed?
Tool inputs
Values entered into calculators and other tools are processed in your browser. They are not sent to our server or stored in our database unless a particular tool clearly says otherwise.
Technical server logs
The hosting server may automatically record an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and response status. We use these logs for security, fault diagnosis and reliable operation on the basis of legitimate interests. They are retained only as long as necessary for those purposes and according to the server configuration.
Email
If you contact us, we process your email address and message to answer your enquiry and retain the correspondence only as long as necessary.
Cookies and similar technologies
The lang cookie remembers your language for up to 12 months, regardless of your statistics choice. The calcy_cookie_consent cookie stores your consent choices for 180 days and applies across all language versions. Both support your requested preferences. Tool data saved in your browser is separate from analytics consent.

Statistics
Privacy-first audience measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, referral sources and technical page performance. It helps us identify useful tools, diagnose problems and improve the website.
This measurement is not intended to identify a particular person. It does not use cookies, localStorage, persistent visitor identifiers or device fingerprinting, and no individual visitor profiles are created. Statistics are presented in aggregate. We rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining, evaluating and improving the website. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date are published on this page.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is enabled only after you allow statistics. It processes page visits, browser and device information, referral information and cookie identifiers to measure website usage. We do not deliberately send calculator input values to Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent. Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under its applicable transfer safeguards. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. The _ga and _ga_MEC60PJZ8T cookies are configured for up to 12 months without automatic renewal on each visit. Analytics data retention is managed separately in the Google Analytics property settings. Google privacy information.
Cookie settings
You can change or withdraw statistics consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer or the button below. Withdrawal disables subsequent Analytics measurement through this integration and removes its accessible cookies; it does not erase data already sent to Google. Your language preference remains saved. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Essential cookies are always enabled. You can enable or disable statistics independently of your language choice.
